  • Other Products: 3 - 15 Business Days (unless stated otherwise)
At the moment, we are only shipping to the United States and Canada. Please be advised some products will require international delivery. The time of delivery is highly dependent on weather, Holidays, custom inspection, etc. We apologize for the long wait - but assure you it is worth it. Thank you for your understanding.
It is rare that a delay occurs, however if you are buying a gift and need it by a certain date, we cannot guarantee its arrival by that date. Please plan accordingly.   
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order, with the exception of Gift Cards. We only accept Gift Cards issued by MAHNI™.
 
Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
Our payment provider only allows us to capture funds within seven days of you placing your order – otherwise we have to cancel your order, re-enter it and contact you for your credit card information again. We’d prefer to charge you at time of shipment, but we do so when you place your order to prevent future inconvenience. 
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
How do I cancel my order?

Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. 

If you request a cancellation after payment is processed, a Store Credit will only be issued once your ordered product has been returned to our return address. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. We only offer Store Credit for returns. There is a 10% restocking fee.

Where does MAHNI™ ship?

As of now, we ship to the following country: United States (except for military bases/APO/DPO/FPO addresses), and Canada. We will continue to expand to other countries. Feel free to let us know which other countries we should ship to by using the Contact Us form below.


When will I get my order?
Our products are shipped by the best courier services. Some of our products are shipped from the US and delivered in 2 to 7 business days at your doorstep. There are other items that are shipped from overseas factories and will require 14 to 28 weeks for your order to be made before shipped (unless stated otherwise).
This wait might be a little longer than you are used to but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from a small independent business. Please understand that we will try our best to ship out your order as fast as we possibly can. 
 
We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another when your order is shipped. If you did not receive a shipping email from us within 5 business days, please contact us.

Multiple Items ordered but Not Received the Same Day

If you ordered multiple items during your purchase, it is possible the items are being shipped separately because it is being coming from different global suppliers. For us to ensure faster delivery to you, we will request suppliers to send items directly to you.

Can I cancel my order?

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address!

If you catch this error quickly, and if we haven't shipped your order yet, please contact us at service@livemahni.com with your order number and the correct mailing address. We'll make the change on our end and ship to your new address. If we've already shipped your order to the incorrect address, you accidentally provided, we'll have to wait for the order to be returned to us and you'll need to pay for re-shipping the item to your new address. In either scenario, please email us with your order info and new address!

I don't have a credit card or a PayPal account. Any alternatives?

You could purchase with a Debit Card through Paypal as a guest. Choose Paypal as your payment method and once you are redirected to paypal, select the option to "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" (as shown below).

You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and Debit/credit card information.

The tracking information hasn't been updated in a long time

Unfortunately, we only see the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 4 weeks to clear customs. If the tracking information was last departed from the warehouse and has not updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way overseas. Once it arrives at that next overseas destination, the package will be scanned, and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 4 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again.
