As each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in its original packaging condition.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
