Easy Returns and Hassle-Free Refunds
GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

- Live MAHNI™ will only offer Store Credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Please take your time in selecting your purchases.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please do not attempt to return a package by refusing the package delivery as the tracking information on the refused package will be incomplete or potentially get lost.
- Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, contact us at email@example.com with the order number and a photo of the damaged product or manufacturing error for review. Any product that has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines), certain health and personal care items that have been identified as non-refundable, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- There is a 10% restocking fee. All customers that need to return or exchange their items are responsible for all processing and shipping fees.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process, not including shipping times. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Returns and Exchanges outside the U.S. All sales outside the United States are final.
If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
